A Wholesome, Nutritious Alternative to Pasta

Our organically grown Spaghetti Squash is one of autumn's most versatile vegetables. When roasted, its golden flesh naturally separates into tender, spaghetti-like strands that pair beautifully with your favorite sauces, fresh herbs, roasted vegetables, or simply butter, olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Its mild, slightly sweet flavor makes it a favorite for both traditional comfort meals and healthy, low-carbohydrate dishes.  GLUTEN FREE!

Flavor & Texture

  • Mild, subtly sweet flavor
  • Tender, delicate strands after roasting
  • Excellent substitute for traditional pasta
  • Pairs well with tomatoes, basil, sage, garlic, mushrooms, sausage, pesto, and cheeses

Cooking Ideas

Simply cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, drizzle with olive oil, and roast cut-side down at 400°F for 35–45 minutes, until tender. Use a fork to scrape the flesh into spaghetti-like strands.

Delicious served with:

  • Marinara or meat sauce
  • Pesto and fresh basil
  • Garlic butter and herbs
  • Stir-fried vegetables
  • Creamy Alfredo sauce
  • Chili or taco filling
  • Baked casseroles

Nutrition Highlights

Spaghetti squash is naturally:

  • Low in calories
  • High in dietary fiber
  • Rich in Vitamins A and C
  • A good source of Vitamin B6, potassium, and manganese
  • Full of antioxidants that support overall wellness

With only a fraction of the carbohydrates found in pasta, it's an excellent choice for those seeking lighter, nutrient-dense meals.

Storage

Store whole squash in a cool, dry place where it will keep for 1–3 months. After cutting, refrigerate and enjoy within 4–5 days.

At Faircrest Farms, we grow our spaghetti squash using regenerative farming practices that build healthy soil, encourage biodiversity, and produce vegetables bursting with flavor and nutrition. Every squash is harvested at peak maturity to provide exceptional taste and long-lasting storage.
