JOB TRAINING PROGRAM
Faircrest Farms is proud to be a part of Eden Streets, an organization that establishes farms in areas with high rates of homelessness to help develop the local workforce. Together, we are creating a place of purpose and renewal for individuals seeking a fresh start.
At the heart of this mission is Eden Streets’ 13-week job training program, which empowers participants through hands-on experience in urban farming. Trainees gain valuable life and employment skills in a supportive, peer-based environment—preparing them to successfully reintegrate into their communities and build lasting stability.
