Welcome to another week at Faircrest Farms! As Utah's intense summer sun begins to show its strength, we're celebrating the bounty of late spring and preparing for the season ahead.
This Week's Fresh Harvest
Our root vegetables are absolutely thriving! This week, we're excited to offer you the best of our late spring crops:

Farm Updates from the Field
What an incredible month it's been at Faircrest! We're bursting with gratitude for our amazing community of volunteers who have helped us prepare beds at our new May property. Your dedication and hard work have been the foundation of this season's success.
Our farm family continues to grow in the most wonderful ways. Even little 4-month-old Peter has been lending his tiny hands (well, mostly his adorable presence!) as we work together as a family. And speaking of family celebrations - we recently sang "Happy Birthday" to our beloved Rita! Her joy and energy continue to inspire everyone at the farm.
The May property expansion is coming along beautifully. We've successfully planted 16 beds with summer favorites including tomatoes, peppers, squash, and cucumbers. All our seedlings are now settled into the ground, protected and nourished with our signature compost tea blend. As Utah's sun intensifies, our plants are ready to soak up every ray and transform it into the delicious produce you love.

Our flower beds are putting on quite the show! As we transition into Utah's famously intense summer sun, our blooms are ready to greet the heat with vibrant colors and hardy resilience. There's something magical about watching flowers adapt and thrive in our unique climate - they remind us that beauty and strength often go hand in hand.
