Spring is in full swing. We're dancing with the highs and lows and definitely grateful for the rain. To manage the demand for labor, we're thrilled to have added a few more to our crew! (See photo). They are converting cover crop into beds that are rapidly being transplanted with seedlings and seeded with greens: lettuce, arugula, kale, and chard.

First Opportunity to Order
Wednesdays typically are harvest days. It's a challenge to get exact numbers for inventory until late afternoon. But, to allow you to order early (around noon), we will enter a base inventory based on what we know we have. We then will update that inventory at the end of the day, so more produce may show as available on our online store Wednesday evening.
