Fresh Recipe Inspiration: We made a delicious sausage stir fry with our bunching onions and kale – highly recommend trying it yourself!
What's Growing - Farm Updates
Exciting developments are happening across the farm! Our first tomato of the season – a Sun Gold cherry variety – has appeared, and we've installed perlins in our high tunnel with dangling tomato twine. Those plants absolutely love being trellised!
Our seedlings of lettuce and arugula are growing fast, and we're delighted to see our first zinnia flowers and calendula blooming, adding beautiful color to the farm.
