These next four weeks are the very heart of the harvest season, and we’re thrilled to offer such a variety of fresh, homegrown goodness. Savor these flavors now—some of them only come once a year!
Did you catch the full moon this week? Its glow was bright enough to light the fields, and last night I even lay on the shop roof to watch a shooting star streak across the sky. This is truly a magical time of year, with nature and the farm bursting with life.
We’ve just dipped below 14 hours of daylight, so we’re working fast to prepare beds and sow seeds in the gentler sunlight—getting crops established before frost arrives in only eight weeks.
