Hello Faircrest Farms Friends!
Last week’s deep freeze is behind us. We had to pull all of our irrigation timers to protect them, but we’re grateful to share that Pineview water is now flowing again—bringing us back to fresh mountain-stream irrigation rather than city-treated water. Looking ahead, the 28-day forecast appears mostly mild, though a mid-May cold dip is possible, so we’re preparing with care. After a winter like this, we’re expecting the unexpected and staying nimble in the fields.
This Week’s Offerings Fresh from the farm: bok choy, kale, red beets, and collards—alongside our standard offerings and a growing selection of seedlings.
